Με αφορμή τα δύο χρόνια από την δημιουργία της Radikal Sounds επιλέξαμε να δημοσιοποιήσουμε την έως τώρα δραστηριότητα της ομάδας.

Δημοσίευση της πρώτης και μοναδικής κυκλοφορίας της μπάντας “Manestra”. Ως Radikal Sounds συμμετείχαμε στην ηχογράφηση, μίξη και master της κυκλοφορίας.

Δημοσιοποιούμε το κείμενο αυτοπαρουσίασης μας και αποστέλλεται σε συναυλιακές ομάδες και ομάδες που σχετίζονται με την DIY μουσική.

Ηχογραφήσεις διάφορων πρότζεκτ/μπαντών εκ των οποίων τα περισσότερα για δικούς τους λόγους το καθένα δεν δημοσιεύτηκε ή δεν θα δημοσιευτεί.

Προβολή σε συνεργασία με την ομάδα studio της κατάληψης Υφανέτ του ντοκιμαντέρ “Sisters with Transistors”.

Δημοσίευση της κυκλοφορίας “NO HEAL” από “Deep x Cut”. Ως Radikal Sounds συμμετείχαμε στην ηχογράφηση, μίξη και master της κυκλοφορίας.

Διοργάνωση Workshop με θέμα “Καλώδια μεταφοράς αναλογικού σήματος ήχου. Επισκευή και κατασκευή καλωδίων”. Στα πλαίσια του workshop έγινε παρουσίαση και εκτενής συζήτηση με τα άτομα που παρευρέθηκαν για τα καλώδια που συναντώνται συχνότερα σε μια ηχητική εγκατάσταση και του σήματος που μεταφέρουν. Ακολούθησε το workshop όπου όποιο άτομο ενδιαφερόταν μπορούσε να επισκευάσει ή να κατασκευάσει το δικό του καλώδιο. Για τις ανάγκες του workshop εκδόθηκε μπροσούρα η οποία υπάρχει διαθέσιμη τόσο σε έντυπη όσο και σε ψηφιακή μορφή.

Δημιουργία του blog που διαβάζεις.

Η δημιουργία της ομάδας στηρίχθηκε στην αγάπη/ανάγκη να κάνουμε αυτό που μας αρέσει μέσα στα πολιτικά πλαίσια που εμείς ορίζουμε. Η έως τώρα διαδρομή της ομάδας είναι συγκινητικά επιτυχής, πάντα με βάση τα κριτήρια και στόχους που θέσαμε εξ αρχής ως ομάδα. Ευχαριστούμε όλα όσα μας έχουν στηρίξει με οποιονδήποτε τρόπο! Ετοιμάζοντας αυτή τη σύντομη ανασκόπηση παίρνουμε δύναμη να συνεχίσουμε. Υποσχόμαστε να βάζουμε και εμείς το λιθαράκι μας όποτε και όσο μπορούμε.

Organization of a workshop on “Analog Audio Signal Transfer Cables: Repair and Construction”. As part of the workshop, a presentation and extensive discussion were held with attendees about the cables commonly encountered in sound installations and the signals they transmit. The workshop followed, where anyone interested could repair or construct their own cable. A brochure was issued for the workshop, available in both print and digital formats (Unfortunately, it is only in Greek).

Creation of the blog you are reading.

The formation of the group was based on the love/need to do what we like within the political frameworks that we define. The group’s journey so far has been remarkably successful, always based on the criteria and goals we set as a team from the beginning. We thank everyone who has supported us in any way! As we prepare this brief overview, we gain strength to continue. We promise to contribute our part whenever and however we can.
